Govt employees seek 50% increase in allowances

PESHAWAR: ALL Class -1V government employee’s association civil secretariat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar hold demonstration outside Peshawar press club for amalgamation of all relief allowances into basic pay scale and 50% increase in all allowances head in upcoming budget.

Addressing to the protestors jabir hussian bangash president ALL Class -1V government employees association civil secretariat, Khyber pakhtunkhwa Peshawar accompanied by abdul waheed general secretary, rizwan ahmad vice chairman and sher rehman senior vice president of above union has unleashed nine point charter of demand to the provincial and federal government respectively.

Amalgamation of all relief allowances into basic pay and 50 % increase in all allowances.

50% increase as of basic pay scale in medical allowance, convenience allowance and house rent allowance.

Rationalization of all class -1V employees.

Appointment on employees son quota.

Creation of superintendent post for drivers and immediate release of death compensation scheme for all class 1V.

50 % increase in pension for those who had already retired and also increase in medical allowance.

Proper service structure for household staff.

Congregation is united on holding protest on 26 April outside gate no 3 of civil secretariat and later on demonstration outside Peshawar press club.

During a meeting it was berated that government is not paying any heed to the demands of class -1V.

Meanwhile he said that if their demands did not fulfilled by 2 may 2017 than two hours protestation will be held on daily basis in, in front of chief secretary office.
