Rangers and police recover weapons, arrest criminals

KARACHI: The Paramilitary Force -Pakistan Rangers Sindh has uncovered a huge cache of Dumped weapons of MQM-London Group from a closed shop in New Karachi Area on Wednesday while the Karachi Police has rounded up 15 suspects from different parts of City Including murderers, Street criminals and drug peddlers.

The recovered weapons were kept there to use by miscreants to disrupt the peace in target killing in metropolis, said Rangers official.

According to the details provided by Pakistan Rnagers Sindh on the intelligence information a team raided a shop in New Karachi Area which was closed since long and recovered huge cache of weapons dumped there.

The weapons included 4 LMGs, 2 SMGs, and ammunition comprising Hundreds of rounds were meant to be used for terror activates by the miscreants of MQM-London group, official stated.

Meanwhile PS Pak Bazar Police during patrolling has arrested street criminal namely, Shakeel and Recovered1 TT Pistol with 44 rounds on his possession. Shah Latif Police has arrested accused namely Ghulam@Sadiq Mama@Kara commander of LGW involved in Target killing and extortion.

Saeedabad Police has arrested 02 owners of house who had given their houses on the temporary residence to accused Aamir shah and Muhammed Yousaf.

Alfalah Police has arrested two street criminals namely Sikandar and Tanveer and recovered 02 TT Pistols with 06 rounds from their possession.

Shershah Police after an encounter has arrested 3 LGW activist belongs to Riyasat group while another three accused suspects were arrested involved in street crimes namely Muhammad Javed Tanoli, Ghulam Murtaza@Lalee Malak, and Adnan Hafeez . Police has recovered Hand grenade, TT Pistols with rounds, Charas 02 kg and M/Cycle # KFK 5036 Stolen from North Nazimabad.
