Three injured in separate robbery incidents

KARACHI: Three persons including, a woman were shot and injured by robbers on resistance in separate robbery incidents in the metropolis in the wee hours of Thursday.

According to rescue sources, two armed bandits riding a motorbike tried to loot a 22-year-old man, Sohail Abbas, and a 25-year-old Kashif in Monghopir area, but they offered them resistance on which the robbers shot and injured them. The injured were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed hospital for treatment.

A 28-year-old woman, Saima wife of Iftikhar was injured when she offered resistance to bandits during another robbery incident in a house in Lyari’s Taiser town. She was rushed to Abbasi Shaheed hospital for treatment.
