LAHORE: Maryam Nawaz, daughter of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader, has claimed Nawaz Sharif would continue the rules the hearts of the people.
Talking to the media during her visit to the NA-120 constituency, she said “No power can face the power of vote and PML-N will get success in next election like previous one and opponents will concede defeat.”
Maryam Nawaz toured certain areas of NA-120 constituency with several party leaders.
Scores of PML-N supporters and workers gathered around her vehicle as she stopped to deliver a speech.
“I am extremely happy to see the level of passion and commitment among you people,” she said to cheering supporters. “Nawaz Sharif cannot be taken out from the hearts of the masses,” she added.
Earlier, Maryam inaugurated the Model Sanda Road, where she was warmly welcomed by supporters.
They showered her with rose petals and chanted slogans in favour of PML-N leadership.
