COAS meets China’s assistant foreign minister

LAHORE: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa met Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Kong Xuanyou on Tuesday.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting was also attended by Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Yao Jing where the mutual interest of both countries was discussed.

ISPR added that the dignitaries appreciated the efforts of Pakistan Army to ensure peace and stability in the region.
