RAWALPINDI: A girl was abducted from Kalar Syedain Police precincts on Saturday.

Rasheed, a resident of Kalar Syedain, lodged a complaint with police that kidnappers had abducted his daughter from the local market. He suspected Basheer could be behind the kidnapping. Police have registered a case and are investigating.

Child dies after falling from tractor: An eight-year-old boy died after falling from a tractor in Jatli Police precincts. Bakhtawar Hussain was travelling on a tractor when he fell down in Jatli, Datta Bhatt. He received serious injuries and was taken to a hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.

FIR registered against 5: A case was registered on Saturday against five suspects for threatening to murder a woman in Karachi Company Police precincts. The woman, a resident of Karachi Company, lodged a complaint with police, stating that the five accused had intercepted her as she was returning home and threatened to murder her. Police have registered a case are investigating.

Two men robbed: Two men were robbed in the Airport and City police precincts on Saturday.

In the first incident, Ijaz Ghani, a resident of airport area, lodged a complaint with the local police, stating that robbers had snatched Rs 0.6 million in cash and gold ornaments from him.

In the second incident, Iqbal lodged a complaint with City Police, stating that he was returning home, when he was intercepted by two gunmen who were riding a motorcycle. The gunmen held him up and snatched Rs 23,000 from him.
