Met Office forecast: hot, dry weather expected

ISLAMABAD: Hot and dry weather is expected in other parts of the country. However, light rain-thunderstorm is expected at a few places in Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir

Very hot weather conditions are likely to prevail in Sindh and lower Balochistan.

The temperature recorded in major cities: Islamabad 30°C, Lahore 32°C, Karachi 35°C, Peshawar 23°C, Quetta, Gilgit 13°C, Murree 18°C, Muzaffarabad 16°C, Lasbella 44°C, Rohri, Chhor 43°C, Jacobabad, Dadu, Mithi, Thatta, Sukkur, Sh.Benazirabad, Moenjo Daro ,Turbat, Padidan, Sakrund 42°C.

The rainfall recorded in major cities: Hunza 09 mm, Bagrote 05 mm, Gilgit 02 mm, Astore, Bunji 01 mm, Dir 06 mm, Kalam, Pattan 04 mm, Lower Dir 01 mm, Mangla, Mianwali 02 mm and Kotli 01 mm.
