RAWALPINDI: The government has decided to distribute laptops among 20,000 students of Rawalpindi Division. The students of Rawalpindi Division will be given laptops in four phases. Over 0.3 million laptops worth Rs 20 billion have already been distributed across Punjab so far. The Punjab government has now purchased over 0.1 million new laptops worth Rs 7 billion to distribute in selected areas, including Rawalpindi Division. Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif will launch the scheme in Lahore.
