Shahzeb Khanzada snubs Mustafa Kamal over sexist remarks

Author: Web Desk

Geo News’ news show Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath host Shahzeb Khanzada in his Monday’s show interrupted Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) chief Mustafa Kamal for using sexist remarks while talking about political opponent Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Farooq Sattar and schooled him on how it was wrong to use phrases like ‘weak like women’ to insult the political rival.

Khanzada interrupted saying Kamal shouldn’t generalise all women like that and that women are equally strong. Visibly irritated at the interruption, Kamal said he might know women who are weak to which Khanzada immediately responded by saying he knows men who are weak.

Annoyed Kamal had to retreat. We say two thumbs up to Shahzeb Khanzada. It’s time more anchorpersons and TV personalities stood up to ingrained misogyny.
