KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) while extending the interim bail of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Sharjeel Memon till May 11 in corruption case has adjourned the hearing till May 18 of petition seeking removal of his name from Exit Control List (ECL).
SHC took up the corruption case of five million rupees in Sindh information ministry for hearing on Tuesday. The court while issuing notice to FIA for putting name of Sharjeel Memon in ECL extended his interim bail till May 11.
Court also ordered to the prosecutor of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to file a reply in this regard. The court has adjourned the hearing till May 18.
