ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) senior leader Aitzaz Ahsan has claimed that Mariyum Nawaz, daughter of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is involved in recording details of key meetings at Prime Minister House.

Speaking to media in Islamabad, he said that Tariq Fatemi and Rao Tehseen were made scapegoats in the Dawn leaks saga, claiming that Mariyum Nawaz was involved in it. He said that the daughter of prime minister gets record of key meetings at the PM house and tweets about it. He questioned that how Mariyum got news of All Parties Conference (APC) on Kashmir when it was a closed door meeting.

The PPP leader said that there was hesitation from the military about meeting at PM house and concern of army proved correct as Maryam Nawaz got published news against national security. She was saved by making Tariq Fatemi and Rao Tehseen scapegoat.

He asked Chaudhry Nisar to shut tweets of Mariyum Nawaz if he has courage. He said that efforts are underway to get elect Mariyum Nawaz as Member of National Assembly (MNA) and it seems she would be launched in the politics if PM tenders resignation on Panama issue.
