COAS, German special envoy discuss security

RAWALPINDI: German Special Representative for Pakistan and Afghanistan Sabine Sparwasser called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa in Rawalpindi on Thursday.

Matters of mutual interest, including regional security with particular reference to Pak-Afghan border management were discussed during the meeting, military media wing, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.

The visiting dignitary acknowledged Pakistan Army’s contributions towards regional peace and stability.
