LAHORE: Pakistan WAPDA’s Abbas Zeb won the Punjab National Junior Squash Championship, organised by the Punjab Squash Association, here the other day. He clinched the title by overpowering his opponent Zeeshan Gull of Zarai Taraqiati Bank (ZTBL) in straight sets 3-0 in the final. The five- day event was held at the Punjab Squash Courts. Top 16 players in the Under-19 category, from four provinces and departments, participated in the event. Meanwhile, the WAPDA Sports Board has congratulated Abbas Zeb on winning the championship, expressing the hope that he would continue showing his class in the upcoming events as well.
