Girl injured in firing by brother

RAWALPINDI: A girl has been injured in firing by her brother within the jurisdiction of Waris Khan Police.

According to media reports, a man, Saleem, resident of Dhok Khabba over minor dispute opened fire on her sister, Rabia, 28, as a result, she sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Benazir Bhutto hospital for first aid where she was stated to be in critical condition.

Police have arrested the suspect and recovered a pistol from his possession besides registering a case against him. Police have also started investigation.
