CEO of 2x Housing arrested

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi has arrested a fugitive namely Zeeshan Ahmad Hashmi s/o Ahmad Nawaz from Gumbat, District Mardan. The accused being CEO of 2x Housing Projects ie “Glade Vista Residency” at Murree Expressway and “Alza International City” at Fateh Jang near Chakri Interchange, collected huge amounts from General Public on the pretext of providing apartments / plots through installments. The accused allegedly in connivance with other accused persons collected an amount of Rs 1 billion (approx.) from hundreds of people without any lawful authority and subsequently embezzled the entire amount, whereafter he fled away after shutting down the society offices.
