The board of the archives directorate was also rooted up by the bereaved parents who took Imran Khan at his word when he had said that the archives library will be named in the honor of the martyrs, but no step was taken in regard of the matter.

President martyrs forum Ajoon Khan said that there was no inquiry report produced of the incident up till now, adding that parents have filed a plea under the legal framework to gain their right to access of information.
