Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are taking a major step in their relationship. Indeed, the Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen actress and rapper are expecting a baby together, she confirmed on social media.

“Nothing is ever really lost,” the Jennifer’s Body star-who previously had a miscarriage while pregnant with her and MGK’s baby-captioned her Nov. 11 Instagram post, alongside a heart and baby emoji. “Welcome back.”

In the image, Megan-mom to Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, with ex Brian Austin Green-poses naked as she holds her baby bump, her body covered in black paint. She followed up the image with a picture of a pregnancy test reading the word, “Yes.”

MGK-who shares 15-year-old Casie with ex Emma Cannon-was included in the exciting news by being tagged on Megan’s stomach in the first image.

Megan and MGK’s baby news comes shortly after the duo stepped out together in Hollywood for Kendall Jenner’s Halloween party, where they were dressed up as Star Wars couple Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala. For the occasion, the Transformers star’s stomach was expertly concealed under her robe.

Megan also skillfully hid her baby bump back in June at a summer solstice celebration in Pennsylvania, wearing an oversized blazer paired with fishnet stockings and stiletto heels. Meanwhile, MGK matched her energy in a suit jacket of his own, along with black pants, loafers and pearl jewelry.

And the couples’ exciting news comes just months after MGK got vulnerable about Megan’s 2023 miscarriage-which she first shared publicly in her poetry book-in a new song. In the 33-year-old’s “Don’t Let Me Go,” he raps, “How can I live with the fact / That my hand wasn’t on her stomach when we lost the baby?”

Megan had also detailed how the couple grieved their experience of losing a child shortly after initially opening up about it in Boys Are Poisonous.

“It was very difficult for both of us,” she noted in a 2023 episode of Good Morning America. “It sent us on a very wild journey together and separately-trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?'”

In addition to the couple grieving together, the 38-year-old has given insight into their relationship’s other ups and downs, confirming they had, at one point, called off their engagement. And these days, Megan and MGK are opting to keep the specifics of their relationship private. “I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship,” she said on a March episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast, “is that it’s not for public consumption.”

That said, she did express their twin flames’ enduring bond, adding, “There will always be a tether to him no matter what.”

As for where Megan-who filed for divorce from Brian in 2020-stands with her ex-husband? Today, they’re focused on co-parenting.

As Brian told E! News in April, “The number one is always make sure that everything is centered around the experience of the kids.”

“People make a mistake of thinking that they’re gonna do things so the separation doesn’t affect the kids and that’s-of course it’s gonna affect the kids,” the Beverly Hills, 90210 actor, also dad to Kassius Lijah, 21, with ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil and son Zane Walker, 2, with fiancée Sharna Burgess, added. “The only choice you have is how it affects the kids.”

While on Call Her Daddy a month prior, Megan also addressed her former relationship with Brian.

“First of all, let me just say-I was not a great girlfriend to Brian,” she admitted. “I will be very honest and he was not great to me either all the time, but I think it would be easy for me to lean into, or complain about or let it seem like that relationship was one way. I was not great, because I was young and really should not have been in a relationship with that level of commitment and that magnitude.”

“So I did a lot of falling in love with other people at the time,” Megan continued. “I would go to work and fall in love because I was a kid. And yeah, I never had the full freedom to be single and experience that life and I thought for a minute when I got divorced that’s what I was going to do and I was single for like three weeks.”

Now, they’re both in new eras.
