As November begins, Pakistan is experiencing a noticeable shift in weather patterns, with cooler temperatures sweeping across much of the country. Daytime sunshine is now accompanied by noticeably cooler evenings.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) reports that Islamabad’s weather has changed significantly, with mild sunshine during the day and a cool feeling at night. In Murree and the Galliyat region, the PMD reports the arrival of cool winds, prompting residents to wear warmer clothing.
Light snowfall in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan has further lowered temperatures in those areas. Most districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are expected to experience dry weather with cool nights.
The PMD forecasts smog in several areas of Punjab, including Sialkot, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Okara, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, and surrounding areas. In contrast, the PMD predicts warm and dry weather in Sindh and Balochistan.
