Rashid Latif Khan University holds orientation day for new comers

An orientation event Fall 2024 of more than 800 students was held at Rashid Latif Khan University (RLKU) in Lahore, featuring Professor Dr. Shahid Munir, Vice Chancellor of UET and former Chairman of the HEC, as the guest of honor. Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Rashid Latif Khan and CEO Subahat Khan emphasized the university’s commitment to promoting quality education.

The reception for the new students began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the national anthem. Pro Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Rukhshana Kausar delivered the welcome address, extending greetings to the distinguished guests as well as students. In his speech, Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Rashid Latif Khan stated that the RLKU syllabus meets contemporary demands and international standards. CEO Subahat Khan highlighted the university’s core values ‘Champions’ and ethical principles, emphasizing that RLKU places special focus on the moral development of its students.

During the event, new students were registered and took an oath. The orientation ceremony saw active participation from Registrar Dr. Muhammad Khalid Khan, Director of Marketing Zulaikha Khan, deans, heads of departments, faculty members, students, and their parents. At the conclusion of the event, souvenirs were presented to the honored guests.
