Mahira Khan under fire for bold ramp walk style

Author: News Desk

Renowned Pakistani actress Mahira Khan recently became the centre of attention on social media, but this time for an unusual reason: her unconventional walk on the runway.

The actress, beloved for her roles in dramas like ‘Shehr-e-Zaat,’ ‘Wo Humsafar Tha,’ and ‘Bin Roye,’ as well as Bollywood’s ‘Raees,’ found herself under scrutiny after a ramp walk video went viral, sparking widespread criticism online.

In the video, Mahira is seen walking briskly down the ramp in a black bodycon dress. Unlike her usual graceful style, her quick strides and exaggerated movements caught netizens by surprise. Given her atypical style, many speculated it was a rehearsal rather than an official ramp walk.

Viewers flooded social media with mixed reactions. While some compared her to international models, others were less than impressed, with one user calling her walk “the worst imitation of Gigi Hadid” and another joking, “Looks like she just watched Kangana Ranaut’s Fashion.”

The harshest critics went as far as labelling it a “ramp disaster,” while another remarked, “It looked like she was about to fall any moment!”

Despite the backlash, Mahira continues to be celebrated for her unique charm and acting prowess, though this incident has shown that even icons aren’t exempt from social media’s sharp eye.
