The court adjourned indictment against former premier Imran Khan and former first lady Bushra Bibi in new Toshakhana reference on Saturday as Justice Shahrukh Arjumand of special court went on leave. The couple would now be indicted on Oct 29. It must be noted that the indictment proceedings were also adjourned in the same case a couple of days ago. It is worth mentioning that previous hearing was held in Judicial Complex Islamabad instead of Adiala Jail, due to security concerns.
