The recent announcement of student organizations in Pakistan mobilizing for protests has sparked concern among parents, educational institutions, and government authorities. Reports from various colleges and universities indicate that students are being coerced into participating in these protests, raising alarms about the underlying agendas. Parents, who sent their children to educational institutions for academic growth, are distressed to see their involvement in political activities.

In response to the concerns, the administration has compiled detailed reports based on parents’ complaints. These reports underscore the urgent need for stringent action against professors, lecturers, and administrators who are entangled in political pursuits. This is a concerted effort by foreign entities to destabilize Pakistan by mobilizing Pakistani youth, drawing parallels to historical events in neighboring countries.

It appears that enemy agencies are trying to mobilize students in Pakistan like what was witnessed in Bangladesh. Notably, the so-called student wing of PTI is also involved in it. Evidence suggests that agencies like RAW are funding these activities. The involvement of foreign entities, particularly from India is not new. India, having faced setbacks in Bangladesh, is now trying to achieve its objectives in Pakistan by exploiting student movements.

In a concerning revolution, it has come to light the Indian companies under the Hindu nationalist government of Modi are actively engaging segments of Baloch youth. These youths are being enticed with online job opportunities that involve translating English content into Baloch and promoting it. The trap of financial compensation in dollars makes these tasks appealing. However, beneath this seemingly innocuous economic endeavor lies a more sinister purpose: the systematic dissemination of anti-Pakistan propaganda.

Pakistan possesses “irrefutable evidence” of India’s sponsorship of terrorism within its border. Indian intelligence agencies are patronizing banned outfits that are against Pakistan. Organizations such as Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), and Jamaatul Ahrar (JuA), which were previously defeated and expelled from the country, are reportedly being supplied with ammunition and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and are being provoked to target religious leaders, notable figures and Armed Forces officials.

The world community is aware that India is contravening several international conventions. For instance, Article 2(4) of the United Nations Charter prohibits member states from using force against any state’s territorial integrity or political independence. Article 41(3) of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations deals with the obligation of diplomatic missions to respect the laws and regulations of the receiving state and not to interfere in its internal affairs. Additionally, Paragraphs 2 and 5 of UN Security Council resolution 1373, adopted in 2001, call on all member states to prevent and suppress the financing of terror acts, and to refrain from providing any form of support, active or passive, to entities or persons involved in terrorist acts.

Two-thirds of India’s unemployed youth are educated, a fraction that has doubled since 2000. New Delhi needs to create jobs for its youth to avoid the turmoil that has thrown its neighbor into chaos. Failure to manage internal divisions could destabilize India. In an attempt to divert attention from its internal issues, India is exploiting Pakistani youth against their own country.

The youth of Pakistan, if driven towards extremism, is a youth without a clear idea of its values and identity. The youth of Pakistan, constituting 65% of the population, must play a crucial role in the nation’s stability and growth. Parents also have a significant responsibility in guiding their children towards constructive endeavors.

These entities are using various tactics including, financial incentives and ideological manipulation to misguide and exploit the youth. The examples of Libya, Iraq, and Syria serve as stark reminders of what can happen when youth are misled and misguided by external forces?

The Pakistan Army and Law Enforcement Agencies are committed to defending the country till the last drop of blood. This stands as a bulwark against the enemies who are constantly trying to misguide and mislead the youth for their vested political interest. The youth must be aware of these tactics and remain steadfast in their commitment to the country’s development and unity.

As the situation unfolds, the role of youth becomes even more critical. They must be vigilant against external influences and focus on building a prosperous and peaceful Pakistan. The nation depends on their energy, creativity, and dedication. It is through their collective efforts that Pakistan can overcome these challenges and thwart the attempts of those who seek to destabilize it.

The reports of student mobilization for protests highlight a concerning trend of foreign interference in Pakistan’s internal affairs. The involvement of Indian agencies and the targeting of the youth are tactics aimed at destabilizing the country. However, with the united front comprising the youth, Pakistan’s Armed Forces, and national institutions, Pakistan can resist these efforts and continue the path of progress and stability.
