The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a written order in the case of arrest and detention of two missing brothers that violates Articles 4, 9, and 10 of the Constitution of Pakistan. During the hearing, Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked that action should also be taken against those who were involved in the illegal detention of citizens. The court has set a deadline of August 20 for the recovery of the two brothers, who are linked to Azhar Mashwani, a focal person of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). The court granted the authorities until August 20 to fulfill its orders regarding the recovery of the missing brothers.
