ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar has constituted two benches of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, to hear cases during the week commencing from Tuesday at the Islamabad principal seat.
According to the cause-list, bench-1 comprises Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Sardar Tariq Masood.
The second bench comprise Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Dost Muhammad Khan and Justice Qazi Faez Isa. The benches will hear dozens of case of routine nature during the week.
According to cause list, no application for adjournment through fax/email will be placed before the court and if any counsel is unable to appear for any reason, the advocate-on-record will be required to argue the case.
It further says that no adjournment on any ground will be granted.
