LAHORE: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari said on Wednesday that a Grand National Dialogue proposed by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif does not interest him or his party, as he has no interest in holdings talks with former prime minister and his aides.
In a meeting with party leadership at Bilawal House, Zardari said that PPP has no interest in establishing contacts with Nawaz Sharif or PML-N, adding that the former prime minister possesses different attitude when he is in power compared to when he is not.
Supporting son Bilawal Bhutto’s comments regarding Nawaz, Zardari added that PPP is not going to support the former premier because his attempts are solely for personal gains as he is trying to save his own self.
