Suicide bomber’s brother among four held in Chaudhry Aslam attack case

Karachi: At least four persons including the brother of the suicide bomber have been rounded-up for their alleged involvement in the suicide attack on Chaudhry Aslam.

On a tip-off, Special Investigation Unit Orangi Town raided a hideout and arrested a wanted person Shareefullah and his three accomplices.

Shareefullah, is the brother of the person who masterminded the attack on Chaudhry Aslam.

The Central Investigation Agency’s DIG Dr Jameel said that the culprit has close affiliation with proscribed terrorist outfit Zikriya Masud. He said that the Shareefullah was involved in street crimes and he provided looted money to the banned terrorist organization with the assistance of his accomplices Saleh, Raheem and Zakir. Shareefullah who have confessed to the killing of three people .

Dr. Jameel said the criminals used to sent the money through easy-paisa.
