Sir: Malaria is a deadly disease and a great threat to human beings. It is a bacterial disease spreaded by female mosquitos. According to reports, 21.4 million cases of malaria-infected people have been reported in last year. Around half of this world population is at malaria risk. Our concerned authorities and health department seem to be unaware of this dangerous diseases and pays no attention. Awareness programme should be started for public.
