KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s leader Dr.Arif Alvi has said on Saturday that Nawaz Sharif is weakening democracy by his continuous disobedience of the Supreme Department.

Holding a presser at Karachi Press Club, Dr.Arif Alvi said that conspiracy is being brewed against democracy by the bold disobedience of Supreme departments of the country.” PML-N wants to attack the Judiciary”.

“The ousted Prime Minister will be issued a warrant if he fails to present himself before National Accountability Bureau on its third call”. Referring to a book written by Sajjad Ali Shah, Alvi said that the writer has written that Sharif has embezzled and sent the money through bags.

We filed a reference against Nawaz Sharif but that reference was canceled by the Speaker of Punjab Assembly, he complained, rather a reference was filed and accepted against their leader Imran Khan. Alvi criticized the monarchical system of ruling PML-N party and asked, “Is there no person who is able to take the charge of the party”?

“We are alleged, rather than alleging them who are actually responsible for malfunctioning of the departments and institutions”.
