Earlier the sipping job of the roads had been undertaken in the supervision of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC)’s Municipal Services Department. During former Nazim Karachi, Mustafa Kamal this practice had been carried out for a short period of time.

There is a system of roads washing in many of the developed countries which is done under these countries’ staff of local bodies.
