GUJRANWALA: Chairmen of various union councils demanded action against PML-N President Abdul Rauf Mughal.

The 11 chairmen passed a resolution against PP-94 member provincial assembly for not resolving the problems faced by the people of their areas.

The chairmen are Dr Umer Nasir, Amir Ikram Butt, Lala Zaheer Ahmed, Haji Waqar Cheema, Umer Javed Butt, Tariq Saeed, Farooq Butt, Asif Munir Goga, Kaleem Ullah Khan, Humera Kashif and Hamza Butt.

In a written resolution, they alleged that Mughal was not paying any attention to the public’s problems, they have no interest to coordinate with the chairmen in any matter and voters of PP-94 were also dissatisfied with their MPA. Dr Umer Naseer further alleged that Moazam Rauf Mughal, PML-N general secretary and son of the MPA, was also interfering in different union councils.

All the union council chairmen demanded the party top brass to take early action and both the MPA and his son should be dismissed from party designations.
