KARACHI: The Sindh High Court on Monday extended interim bail granted to PPP MPA Abdul Sattar Rajpar in a NAB case till October 3, 2017.
A division bench of SHC headed by Chief Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh heard bail plea of PPP MPA Abdul Sattar Rajpar in a corruption case. Special Prosecutor of National Accountability Bureau submitted reply in the court on the bail plea of the MPA. NAB said that Rajpar had assets over and beyond his known sources of income. NAB said that Rajpar had agriculture lands and other assts. The court adjourned hearing of bail application of Rajpar by October 3rd , 2017.’
The PPP MPA from Naushehro Feroze district has moved to SHC for pre-arrest bail to avoid arrest from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in a corruption case. .
