‘Govt to establish SIUT branch in Hyderabad’

KARACHI: The Sindh government has finally decided to open an f Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT) unit with modern facilities in Hyderabad to cater the needs of people of city besides the adjoining areas.

It was announced by Sindh Health Minister Sikandar Mandhro in Karachi after meeting with SIUT founder and Director Prof Dr Adibul Hasan Rizvi where both discussed the enhancement of the services to the kidney patients as well as set up new unit in keeping the rising patients in Sindh.

Minister assured that following a SIUT team visit to Hyderabad to undertake and see pros and cons of the feasibility report setting up the unit, the Sindh government would decide to take an early step in order to finalize the project.
