Woman killed by being hit by train

ISLAMABAD: A woman has been killed being hit by a train while crossing a railway track within the Tarnol Police jurisdiction.

Nosheen, 35, was crossing a railway track line near F-17 railway track when she was hit by a train that left her fatally injured.

The injured was rushed to local hospital for medical treatment; however, she succumbed to injuries.

The police handed over the body to victim’s family after performing medico-legal formalities.

The police have started investigation.
