Illegally detained villager recovered from police station

KHAIRPUR: An illegaly detained villager was recovered from Police Station Akri under a magistrate’s raid. According to detail 2nd judicial magistrate and civil Habibillah Sial along with staff under direction of district and session judge Sayed Ghulam Shah raided police station Akri of Taluka Faiz Gunj and seized records, later during searches of rooms, team recovered one villager Irfan Ali Sial who was detained by police without any case since ten days. The magistrate directed SHO to appear before court along with records the next day. Mst Haleema Sial mother of Irfan Sial had filed application before session judge that police has arrested Ifan Sial without any case and claimed they were “demanding a bribe for his release”.
