UMERKOT: Sardar Ali Shah, Sindh Minister Culture, Tourism and Antiquities inaugurated 26-room Rooplo Kolhi Motel in Nangaparkar with three star hotel facilities under Sindh Tourism Development Corporation.
Rain-fed lush green land areas attract number of tourists to visit open museum of Thar and especially Nangarparkar city in foot of Karoonjhar Hills.
Ali Shah said since tourists have been facing accommodation issues but after this facility they would comfort during stay.
He announced cultural complex of Nangarparkar in name of Miskeen Jahan Khan Khoso. The Motel has been named before Rooplo Kolhi a renowned freedom fighter who fought in British era 1857. The rooms of Motel will be named behind local legends.
Members Sindh Assembly, Dr Mahesh Malani and Dost Ali Rahimoon besides Dr Ghulam Haider Chairman District Council Tharparkar, Miyoon Ali Mohammad Walhari, Chairman District Council Tando Allahyar and Akbar Leghari Secretary Culture, Tourism and Antiquities were also presnt on the occasion.
