Pakistanis won’t forgive NAB for aquitting Zardari: Imran Khan

LAHORE: Speaking at a rally in Chakwal on Tuesday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said that Pakistanis will not forgive National Accountability Beureu (NAB) for aquitting Asif Zardari in the references held against him.

PTI chief also said that the public has lost faith in NAB due to the increasing rate of corruption in the country and does not believe that NAB will punish the corrupt.

“I was imprisoned for eight days and didn’t come across a single powerful person…I just met the common man in our jails,” Imran said.

Bent on knocking the doors of the institutions for justice, Imran said that he will take Shahbaz Sharif to NAB to prove his alleged corruption.

In the same rally, Imran also innaugurated PTI’s membership drive and revealed the membership card through which the members would be able to express their opinions on various party matters.
