CJP takes notice of gang rape of minor housemaid

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar on Thursday took notice of a gang rape of 12-year-old girl from Kandh Kot, Kashmor district, Sindh.

The notice was taken on media reports that the girl was working as a housemaid in Karachi and she was allegedly intoxicated and gang raped by the people living in the house.

Taking notice of the matter, the Chief Justice of Pakistan has summoned a report from the Sindh Police Inspecgtor General within a week.
