Girls outshine boys in BISE examinations

LARKANA: Girls outshined boys in annual examination 2017 of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Association (BISE), Larkana, in Pre-Medical Group.

Nimarta, daughter of Basant Kumar Sadani, of Government Girls College, Larkana secured 970 marks and stood first. Second position was secured by Sandhia, daughter of Nisar Ali Khokhar, of the same college by obtaining 969 marks, while third position was secured by Urooj, daughter of Muhammad Suleman Mirani, of SZABIST who obtained 968 marks.

In boys, Babar Ali, son of Ghulam Sarwar Mangnejo, of Cadet College secured first position by obtaining 969 marks. The second position went to Mureed Abbas, son of Mukhtiar Ali Pitafi, of Public School with 968 marks, while third position went to Waheedullah, son of Asadullah Kakepoto, of Public School Shikarpur who secured 967 marks.

In Pre-Engineering Group, boys outclassed girls as Tahir son of Abdul Haq Chawro of Government Degree College Naudero secured first position by obtaining 974 marks. Muhammad Faheem son of Mukhtiar Abbasi secured second position by obtaining 971 marks and third position was won by two students jointly Owais Ahmed son of Mauneer Ahmed Baloch and Raza Mehdi son of Ahmed Sultan Khoso, both obtained 970 marks.
