Mumbai: (Web Desk) Shah Rukh Khan has been issued a notice in a case related to misleading advertisement of an educational institution.
The District Consumer Commission of Muzaffarpur district of the Indian state of Bihar issued a notice to actor Shahrukh Khan and Argentinian footballer Lionel Messi on April 12 in a case related to a misleading advertisement of an educational institution.
A complaint was filed in the District Consumer Forum on October 30 by a person named Shamshad Ahmed against 7 persons including Shah Rukh Khan, the brand ambassador of the educational institution and Argentine footballer Lionel Messi, regarding the misleading advertisement of the educational institution and they were given 12 He was ordered to appear in January.

According to lawyer SK Jhane, who is following the case, lawyers were present on behalf of Shah Rukh Khan and the organization at the hearing today, but Shah Rukh Khan’s lawyer did not present the original documents, they only brought photocopies.
The District Consumer Court of Muzaffarpur issued notices to all the parties, including Shah Rukh Khan and Lionel Messi, and ordered them to appear on April 12.
Advocate SK Jha said that the complainant Muhammad Shamshad Ahmed had admitted his two sons to a reputed institution in Muzaffarpur’s Mithanpura, whose fees he had paid on time, despite their studies failing. It was not running. The debt was also passed on to his sons.
Complainant Shamshad Ahmed had filed a case against seven persons including director of the organization, brand ambassador actor Shah Rukh Khan, footballer Messi in the District Consumer Forum.
According to Indian media reports, it is being told that now the case against all 7 people including Shah Rukh Khan and Messi will continue till the final hearing and if the court orders are not followed, they may have to go to jail.
