Lahore: (Monitoring Desk) The first selection list of private medical and dental colleges of Punjab has been prepared, it is likely to be released from the University of Health Sciences shortly, under the policy of Punjab government, there will be centralized admissions in private colleges too.

Among the private medical colleges, the minimum merit of MBBS was 79.0500% while the minimum merit of BDS was 76.1091%, in both medicine and dentistry, the merit of Sharif Medical and Dental College Lahore was the highest.
The merit of Sharif Medical and Dental College Lahore was 89.3136 percent, FMH College of Medicine and Dentistry Lahore was 88.0232 percent, Al Aleem Medical College Lahore was 87.1045 percent, Shalamar Medical and Dental College Lahore was 86.8818 percent.

There are 4000 MBBS seats in 32 private medical colleges of Punjab and 1025 seats of BDS in 17 private dental colleges of Punjab.
The deadline for candidates to submit their fees to their colleges is 11th January, Candidates must also join their respective colleges, candidates should submit their fees through demand draft.
The selection list will be available on the UHS website by night, the second selection list will be released on January 15.
