A video goes viral showing some noisy youngsters pestering Chahat Fateh Ali Khan during his tour of Sheikhupura for his election campaign.

Renowned singer Chahat Fateh Ali Khan encountered an unpleasant situation in Sheikhupura as he interacted with fans following his announcement to enter politics and contest in the 2024 elections.

A video, now viral, captures Chahat walking down a street while members of the crowd appear to mock him, creating a distressing experience.

Despite his efforts to discourage the teasing, the behaviour persisted, leading Chahat to raise his voice in response. Many online criticised the crowd’s lack of courtesy.

Compounding his challenges, Chahat’s nomination papers for the upcoming general elections were rejected due to his dual nationality.

However, undeterred by this setback, Chahat remains committed to his political aspirations and intends to continue pursuing approval for his nomination papers.

This incident has sparked discussions on social media regarding the treatment of public figures entering politics.
