Khawaja Asif’s disqualification case referred to IHC CJ

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday issued a detailed verdict over the disqualification of Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif.

The four-page order written by Justice Amir Farooq says that the petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s (PTI) Usman Dar has raised points pertaining to election, law and constitution therefore; a larger bench will conduct its hearing.
