Sir: The increasing belligerence between the USA and North Korea is a major cause for concern. North Korea has threatened the US with Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs). Responding to these threats, the US flew B-1 bombers over the Korean peninsula.
President Trump has escalated the situation further by threatening Pyongyang with ‘fire and fury’ but North Korea doesn’t look like these words will force it to back down. Threats of war and nuclear missiles are being taken far too lightly by both governments. If this conflict turns into an all out war it could mean disaster for the whole world.
