MCB-Arif Habib Savings launches first branch in Quetta

Karachi: The MCB-Arif Habib Savings and Investments Limited has launched its first branch in Quetta to provide innovative saving and investment solutions to the residents of the city.

Muhammad Saqib Saleem, chief executive officer MCB-Arif Habib and Yousuf Durvesh, national business manager MCB-Arif Habib inaugurated the branch, which aims to open new prospects of saving and investment opportunities in Quetta, the business hub of Balochistan.

In addition to conventional products, the branch will also feature a variety of Shariah-compliant investment services under the platform of “Alhamra” (an Islamic division of MCB-Arif Habib) for the residents of the city.

All investments in Alhamra products are regulated in accordance with the guidelines of a Shariah Supervisory Board, which consists of world-renowned Shariah advisers, including Justice (r) Muhammad Taqi Usmani, Dr Muhammad Zubair Usmani and Dr Ejaz Ahmed Samdani.

“The city of Quetta holds great significance and has the potential to play an immense role towards the economic development of Pakistan. With the launch of this branch we aim to contribute towards the progress of the city and the country at macroeconomic level,” said Muhammad Saqib Saleem.
