Cricket Australia declares Pakistan bay alcohol-free zone for Perth Test

Cricket Australia has taken several initiatives to cater to Pakistani fans inlcuding two stands surrounding the Pakistan dressing room that have been designated as the ‘Pakistan Bay’, creating a special zone for Pakistani supporters, upcoming cricket match at Perth Stadium between Pakistan and the opposing team.

Pakistan Bay has been declared an alcohol-free zone.

To enhance the matchday experience for Pakistani fans, various amenities will be provided at the Pakistan Bay, including tea, Halal food, and Desi food.

Additionally, Cricket Australia has organized a special walk for Pakistani fans on the first day of the match. Participants in this walk will follow the route via the famous Silany Avenue, leading them to Perth Stadium.

Pakistani cricketers, Hasan Ali and young talent Saeem Ayub, have extended an invitation to Pakistani fans to participate in the organized walk. The ticket prices for the match are set at $30, but discounted rates are available specifically for Pakistan Bay tickets. Children under the age of four can enter the stadium for free, while ticket prices for children aged four to fifteen start at $10.

Since the arrival of the Pakistan cricket team in Australia, there has been a notable surge in the sale of West Test tickets. Currently, over 18,000 tickets have already been sold for the upcoming match. Fans can purchase tickets for the match through ticketmaster.com.au. The highly anticipated clash between the two teams is scheduled to take place at Perth Stadium from December 14, where they will compete for the coveted Bennu Qadir Trophy.
