Lahore – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chief Imran Khan ranted against Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif on Twitter, criticizing Asif for “undermining Pakistan’s security” and “targeting its armed forces in an attempt to appease Indo-US lobby & interests.”
In a tweet, Imran said “Sharifs and their cronies are desperate to appease Indo-US lobby and interests as their properties are all stashed away in the West”.
PTI chief went on to criticise Foreign Minister Asif for targeting Pakistan’s armed forces as part of PML-N’s alleged plot to appease American and Indian lobby and interests.
Khawaja Asif, who at the moment is in New York attending the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly was further slammed by Imran for his comments claiming “ownership of militant groups in Pakistan” for which Imran said “With such a Foreign Minister, who needs enemies?”
