CM meets UAE education minister

LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi met Prince Shaikh Nahayan Mubarak Al-Nahayan, the UAE Education minister at Sardar Gargh, district Ghotki on Sunday. During the meeting, investment projects in UAE and Punjab and other matters of mutual interest were discussed. Elahi said that the United Arab Emirates had extended its full cooperation to Pakistan at every critical moment. He also lauded the support and interest of UAE in the social development of the country. He said that with the support of UAE, major banking, communication and investment projects in various sectors had been initiated in Pakistan, which would help eliminate poverty and create employment opportunities. Prince Mubarak Al-Nahayan said that education sector of Punjab was being strengthened. He said that relations between both countries are growing stronger with the passage of time.
