Pilots role vital in achieving air superiority

LAHORE: The graduation ceremony of the No 74 AD Basic Course was held at the Air Defence Training School at the Pakistan Air Force Base in Sakesar on December 31, 2005. Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Yousaf was the chief guest at the occasion.

Addressing the ceremony, the AVM said that pilots played a pivotal role in achieving air supremacy, an essential for ensuring victory in modern warfare. He said that their job as air defenders demanded creative thinking and vigilance. “Today, you are joining the ranks of professionals who have the sacred responsibility of defending the skies of our motherland,” he said.
