Daily suicide bombings

Author: Daily Times

Sir: The other day, my 8-year-old son called to tell me that he has been given an assignment by his teacher to write an essay about any suicide attack in Pakistan along with a supporting clipping from any newspaper. He requested me to bring that day’s paper on my way back home. However, I told him that there had been no suicide attack today, so I can’t bring any newspaper which has a report on such an unfortunate incident. My son left me speechless when he very innocently replied, “Papa, there will surely be one by the time you reach home.”
