Sir: I was shocked when I found out that a bomb had exploded in Karachi University. The country is going through such a state of hard knocks and adversity that even the reliable educational institutions like universities are not safe. This incident has cast a highly negative impact on the students and their parents will refrain from sending their children to the university due to fear for their lives. At least the educational institutes should be given high pitched and 100 percent security.
